Prepare the next production order
Yoga wear reorders start with the approved version.
Bring the last approved sample, its specification and a clear list of changes. Review materials, quantities and delivery again so the new order has a complete reference.
Discuss your repeat order
Name what should stay the same
“Same as last time” needs a reference.
Identify the earlier order, style and approved revision. Keep the physical sample and written requirements together. Mark a detail as unchanged, changed or awaiting confirmation rather than relying on the style name.
- 01
An unchanged style
Ask us to review the approved material, size specification, artwork and packing for the new quantity. Previous use does not by itself confirm current material availability or production timing.
- 02
A revised style
Highlight each change, including a new color, size range, logo or fabric finish. Agree which details need a new swatch, sample or approval before production.
- 03
A move from another supplier
Provide a garment and the design files you are entitled to use. Identify missing patterns, material codes or approval records so the development scope can be reviewed before quoting.
Compare old and proposed
Make the differences easy to review.
| Area | Bring from the approved order | Confirm for the new order |
|---|---|---|
| Fit and sizes | Sample identifier, measurement points, size chart, grading requirements and fit comments. | Size range, quantity by size and any change in fit. Identify which sizes need another sample review. |
| Material | Fabric or yarn reference, composition, construction, finish and the approved physical swatch. | Current availability and any proposed replacement. Review how a different material affects the garment before accepting it. |
| Color | Original color reference and approved swatches for garments and trims. | New material lots and the standard used to compare them. Review coordinated pieces together. |
| Branding | Artwork revision, logo dimensions, position and application reference. | Changed artwork, label text or placement. Identify the actual fabric on which the application will be reviewed. |
| Packing and delivery | Set contents, size/color identification, packing instructions and prior receiving requirements. | New quantity, carton requirements, destination, forwarder and required arrival date. |
Moving a style to YogaSew
Separate the existing product from the work still needed.
A garment helps explain shape and finish. The specification explains measurements, materials and the approvals behind it. Send both where available, and describe the parts you want to improve.
If the original pattern or fabric code is missing, flag that at the start. A development review is needed to establish the work and sample requirements. Agree the proposed material and sample rather than assuming a photograph or supplier change can reproduce every detail automatically.
Review the OEM development route ↗Plan from the date you need the goods
Check what is ready before setting a launch date.
- 01
Material and approval readiness
Ask whether the proposed material is available and whether any color, fit or branding decision is still open. Agree storage or reserved-material arrangements explicitly if the project needs them.
- 02
Production and delivery
Confirm the new order timing after the specification review. Keep sample review, production, shipping and destination handling separate in your schedule; an earlier order does not establish a guaranteed reorder lead time.
- 03
Written release for the new order
Keep the approved revision, quantity breakdown, quote and packing plan together. Record who has approved each change and which requirements are still pending before production is agreed.
Before we begin
Planning your next run.
What should I send for a yoga wear reorder?
Send the previous order and style reference, approved sample and specification, material and artwork references, new quantity breakdown and destination. Mark each detail as unchanged, changed or awaiting confirmation.
Will a repeat order always be faster?
Timing depends on material availability, any new approvals, the order scope and delivery arrangements. Confirm the schedule for the new order rather than assuming an earlier lead time or reserved material still applies.
Can I move a style from another manufacturer?
Send a garment and the specifications or files you are entitled to use. Identify anything missing, such as the pattern or material reference. We review the development scope and sample requirements before agreeing the new order.
Does a new color or size range need another sample?
Flag the change during the order review. Agree which fabric, color, fit or branding details need new samples or approvals. Approval of the earlier version does not automatically cover a different specification.
How should I compare the color of a repeat order?
Refer to the original approved material and the agreed review conditions. Identify material or finish changes and review coordinated pieces together. Use the color approval guide to prepare the references.
Send the approved version and your changes.
Include the previous style or order reference, sample/specification, new quantities, destination and the details you want to keep or revise.
