Plan time to receive and review the garment.
Samples are sent by a logistics carrier. The service and shipping cost are confirmed for your destination.
Provide the recipient name, delivery address, postal code and contact details. Keep transport time and your sample review separate from the time needed to make the sample.

Confirm the delivery details
Use the complete receiving address and identify any delivery restrictions. Tell us if the sample should go to a designer, fit reviewer or another recipient.

Agree the dispatch arrangement
Confirm the carrier service, shipping charge and destination requirements before the sample is sent. Keep the dispatch details with the style reference.

Allow for feedback
After receipt, compare the garment with the brief and consolidate comments. A further sample or a changed material can affect the production plan.
Bulk transport
Choose the handover that suits your order.
Air and sea shipping are available. We agree the shipping arrangement for your destination with your order. You can arrange your own freight forwarder for bulk orders. We confirm the handover details with you.

Before the goods leave
Make packing instructions part of the order.
A coordinated set, a separately packed bra and a size-assorted carton are different packing instructions. Define the receiving unit as well as the garment.

Garment and set identification
Specify the style, color and size labels. For matching sets, state how the pieces should be paired and whether they are packed together.

Carton contents
Agree the size assortment, garment grouping, carton marks and any warehouse instructions. Keep the final packing list consistent with the goods being handed over.

Documents and charges
Review invoice and packing-list details with the shipping arrangement. Identify who handles freight, insurance if requested, destination clearance, import charges and final delivery; confirm what the quotation includes.
Work back from your launch
Production time is one part of the schedule.
Cut-and-sew bulk production takes 20–30 working days after sample approval. For seamless styles, the bulk production time is confirmed per project after specification review.
Your delivery plan also needs room for sample development, approval, packing, transport and destination handling. Share the date the goods must be available to you, together with any fixed warehouse or launch deadline.

Send the destination country and postal code, receiving address, order quantities, required arrival date and any nominated forwarder details. Confirm the packing plan and the costs and responsibilities included in the shipping arrangement.
