Share your direction
Send sketches, reference images or a tech pack. Add your target customer, size range, fabric preferences, quantities by style and color, and delivery country.

Agree the development brief
We review the pattern, materials and branding with you, then confirm the sample scope, costs and timing. For seamless designs, include knit texture and placement requirements.

Try, review and refine
Check the sample on your intended fit model. Review waistband comfort, bra coverage, movement, fabric opacity and logo placement, then consolidate any revisions.

Approve for production
Approve the sample and written specification together. Confirm the final size and color breakdown, labels, packing and delivery arrangements before bulk production.

Can I start without a finished tech pack?
Yes. Send a sketch, reference photos or an existing garment and describe what you want to change. Include the garment type, size range and estimated quantity. We review the missing details with you before confirming sample development.
What is the minimum order for custom women’s yoga wear?
Cut-and-sew styles start from 50 pieces per style, per color. Seamless styles start from 50 pieces per style, per color. The quantity for each style and color can be split across up to 4 sizes. Matching sets start from 50 sets per style, per color. For a top-and-bottom set, the minimum counts complete sets, including both garments.
Can I add my own logo, labels and packaging?
Yes. Send the artwork, preferred placement, label details and packing requirements with your brief. We review the application method against the fabric and sample. Logos, labels and packaging do not add a separate minimum quantity.
How long does sample development take?
Cut-and-sew sampling takes 10–18 working days after the details are confirmed; complex styles take longer. For seamless styles, the sampling time is confirmed per project after specification review. Sample pricing depends on your design. We confirm the sample charge after reviewing your reference and the changes you need.
How is custom development different from private label?
Custom development starts with your design and reviews the pattern, fit and construction it needs. Private label starts by checking whether an existing pattern suits your collection, then agreeing colors and branding. Style illustrations are design concepts, not stock or approved production samples. The sewing-room photographs and videos show work in progress.
