Plan the full order cost
Yoga wear pricing, explained.
A useful quote describes the garment and the work included. Send your design, quantities and destination so material, development, branding and delivery can be reviewed together.

Choose your starting point
Which work does your project need?
Similar garments can require different development work. Identify the fit and details you want to keep, and the decisions still open.
- 01
Start from an available pattern
For private label, ask us to review a suitable starting pattern, then specify color, logo, labels and packing. A catalog photograph does not confirm pattern or material availability.
- 02
Develop your own design
For OEM development, send the fit, construction and material requirements with your reference or tech pack. Note which details need development before the sample scope can be agreed.
- 03
Repeat or revise an earlier order
Send the approved version and a list of changes. Material availability, quantities, artwork and packing need review for the new order, even when the style name is unchanged.
Compare the same specification
What belongs in the quotation?
| Cost area | Information to provide | What to check in the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Fabric and trims | Material reference, finish, color direction, lining, elastic and hardware. | The proposed material and what remains subject to selection or availability. Identify alternatives separately. |
| Pattern and sample work | Reference garment or drawings, measurements, size range and changes to the starting design. | Sample scope, charge and what any later revision would involve. Separate development from the production order. |
| Garment production | Quantity by style, color and size; define whether the unit is a garment or a complete set. | The exact unit, quantity breakdown and specification version used to calculate the total. |
| Logo and labels | Artwork, dimensions, placement, application method and label content. | The selected application, any setup or sample work, and whether each item is included or priced separately. |
| Packaging | Set contents, bag or box requirements, size/color identification and carton instructions. | The packing unit and materials included. List custom packing requests before comparing totals. |
| Delivery | Destination, receiving address, required arrival date and any nominated forwarder. | Sample courier and bulk freight, the named handover point, destination charges and who arranges each part. |
Use the same brief when comparing quotations. A lower total may cover a different fabric, set unit, decoration or delivery scope. Ask for an explanation of the difference before changing the specification to meet a budget.

Keep development costs visible.
Sample pricing depends on your design. We confirm the sample charge after reviewing your reference and the changes you need.
- 01
Sample fee and qualifying bulk order
You pay the sample fee when the sample is made. When your bulk order for that style reaches 500 pieces, the sample fee you paid is deducted from the bulk order total.
- 02
Branding and packaging minimums
Logos, labels and packaging do not add a separate minimum quantity. Include the actual branding and packing requirements in the quotation; an order minimum and the price of that work are separate questions.
- 03
Payment arrangement
Bulk orders require full payment. Confirm the payment instructions and schedule with the order before proceeding.
When the brief changes
Identify the change before approving a new total.
Changes can be made before the affected production step begins. If that step has already been completed, we review the change with you and agree how to proceed based on the work involved.
List the old and proposed fabric, quantity, color, construction or artwork. Ask which sample work, materials, charges and dates are affected. Keep the revised quote with the specification it covers so an earlier price is not mistaken for approval of a changed garment.
We send a quote within 24 hours on working days after we receive your design or reference images, styles and quantities.
Before we begin
Before you compare prices.
What information do you need to quote yoga wear?
Send your reference or tech pack, material direction, quantities by style and color, size range, branding, packing and destination. Identify open decisions so the quote can state which specification and assumptions it covers.
Why is there no fixed price for every catalog style?
Catalog entries show previous work or design references. The material, construction, quantity, decoration and delivery scope for your project need review before a price can be confirmed. A photograph alone does not define those costs.
How are sample charges handled?
Sample pricing depends on your design. We confirm the sample charge after reviewing your reference and the changes you need. You pay the sample fee when the sample is made. When your bulk order for that style reaches 500 pieces, the sample fee you paid is deducted from the bulk order total.
Are branding and shipping automatically included?
Logos, labels and packaging do not add a separate minimum quantity. That describes the order minimum, not a free service. Confirm the logo, labels, packing, sample courier and bulk shipping included in your particular quote, together with any separately arranged destination costs.
What if I change the design after receiving a quote?
Changes can be made before the affected production step begins. If that step has already been completed, we review the change with you and agree how to proceed based on the work involved. Identify the affected specification and ask for the revised scope, price and timing before accepting the change.
