Sample timing
How long does a sample take?
Cut-and-sew sampling takes 10–18 working days after the details are confirmed; complex styles take longer.
For seamless styles, the sampling time is confirmed per project after specification review.
Plan for review and delivery.
Sample development time is separate from shipping and your review of the garment. A revision can add another development step. Tell us your required arrival date and destination when you send the brief.

Brief and feasibility
Share a tech pack, garment or reference images, plus quantity and destination. We review material and construction requirements before confirming the scope.

Fit and movement review
Record measurements and assess rise, length, comfort and movement. Send annotated photos and consolidated comments rather than separate, conflicting edits.

Revisions and approval
Agree what changes, whether another sample is needed and any additional cost or time. Approve the final sample and written specification together.

Before your first sample.
Can I request a sample without a tech pack?
Yes. A reference garment, sketch or design images are enough to start. Tell us what you want to keep or change, the intended fit, colors and branding, your planned quantity and delivery country. We review the missing details with you before sampling.
How much does a sample cost?
Sample pricing depends on your design. We confirm the sample charge after reviewing your reference and the changes you need.
Can the sample fee be credited against my bulk order?
You pay the sample fee when the sample is made. When your bulk order for that style reaches 500 pieces, the sample fee you paid is deducted from the bulk order total.
Can I change the design during sampling?
Changes can be made before the affected production step begins. If that step has already been completed, we review the change with you and agree how to proceed based on the work involved.
What do I approve before bulk production?
Approve the garment sample together with the measurements, fabric and color details, construction and branding. Consolidate revisions into one list so the approved sample and written specification refer to the same version.
