Your quantity plan
One minimum for each style and color.
Start from 50 pieces per style, per color.
Each additional color has its own minimum. Different designs also count separately, even when they belong to the same collection.
- 01
Mix sizes within a color
The quantity for each style and color can be split across up to 4 sizes.
- 02
Order matching sets
Matching sets start from 50 sets per style, per color. For a top-and-bottom set, the minimum counts complete sets, including both garments.
- 03
Add your branding
Logos, labels and packaging do not add a separate minimum quantity.
Scope before quantity
Planning with a low MOQ activewear manufacturer.
A small batch yoga wear launch works best when the collection has a clear purpose. Start with the wearer, the activity and the garment you want to test. Then describe the fit, material and branding changes that make it yours. A smaller order still needs a complete development and approval process.
Low minimum order yoga clothing starts with a focused specification. We review the product and customization requirements alongside your quantity. Include material, construction and branding choices so the quotation addresses the complete brief.
Read the activewear MOQ guide ↗- 01
Choose a focused opening range
Identify the garment and fit you want customer feedback on. Keep additional silhouettes separate until you understand their development requirements. Share your intended launch and destination so we can discuss the order in context.
- 02
Limit color variations
Prioritize the colors essential to the launch. Every variation needs review for fabric availability, matching trims and appearance on the finished garment. Identify fabric and trims that could be shared across the proposed colors for review.
- 03
Look for shared materials
Discuss whether garments can use a common fabric direction and compatible trims. Shared materials may simplify a brief, but each garment still needs its own fit and construction review. Availability and suitability must be checked before the plan is agreed.
Sample before commitment
Approve the garment, then confirm the order.
Use the sample to resolve fit, fabric feel, coverage, workmanship and logo placement. Combine feedback into a clear revision list and approve the written specification with the sample. Confirm the final order quantity against that approved version.
Develop from your design or tech pack ↗If your starting point is branding an existing pattern, review the private-label route. Pattern suitability, material and finishing still need confirmation for your collection.
- 01
Development brief
You provide references, the intended fit, material direction, branding, proposed quantities and delivery country. You receive a review of the development scope and the decisions needed for a quotation.
- 02
Sampling and revisions
Cut-and-sew sampling takes 10–18 working days after the details are confirmed; complex styles take longer. You receive a sample to assess against the agreed brief. Consolidate changes to measurements, construction and decoration before approving the production specification.
- 03
Bulk and delivery planning
Cut-and-sew bulk production takes 20–30 working days after sample approval. Confirm the approved specification, order details, packing and delivery responsibilities before production. Freight, import arrangements and the date you need goods in hand require separate planning.
When to reconsider
A small order does not suit every development route.
Seamless styles involve yarn and knit development. Share the required construction, knit zones and fit at the beginning of the conversation so we can review the development scope and project terms together.
Specially developed fabrics, custom-dyed materials and unusual trims need a sourcing review. Logos, labels and packaging do not add a separate order minimum. Extensive pattern changes can also require more sample work before the design is ready. If these details are essential, ask us to review the sourcing and development scope before you build a launch plan around a low starting quantity.
The useful decision is which requirements must stay and which can be simplified. Tell us what is fixed, what is open and what you want to learn from the first order. We can compare development options and confirm project terms for the specification you choose.
Your first-order budget
What should I budget for?
Plan for sample development, the production order and delivery. Use these categories to check what your project quote includes and what you need to budget for separately.
Review sampling costs and changes ↗- 01
Sample development
Sample pricing depends on your design. We confirm the sample charge after reviewing your reference and the changes you need. You pay the sample fee when the sample is made. When your bulk order for that style reaches 500 pieces, the sample fee you paid is deducted from the bulk order total.
- 02
Garments, branding and packing
Calculate the garment cost for each style and color using the quoted unit price and quantity. Include your logo, labels and packing requirements in the brief so the quote covers your finished product.
- 03
Payment and delivery
Bulk orders require full payment. Air and sea shipping are available. We agree the shipping arrangement for your destination with your order. Include the quoted delivery cost in your budget.
