Private Label Activewear Manufacturers: A 2026 Shortlist (Styles, Logo, MOQ)
By YogaSewReviewed by ChengLei Shao

YogaSew publishes this shortlist and is one of the ten entries, grouped by country and listed alphabetically.
Private label activewear manufacturers for a new brand come in two routes: a factory that lets you pick an existing style and add your own logo, labels and packaging, or a factory that develops your own pattern and fabric. The first route has the lowest minimums and the fastest start. The second gives you a product nobody else sells. This list compares ten manufacturers across the United States, Pakistan and China on published MOQ, sampling, fabric sourcing and custom labels, so you can match the route to your budget and timeline.
Key takeaways
- "Private label" usually means a ready style or a lightly modified reference, finished with your logo, labels and packaging. "OEM" means the factory builds your design from a tech pack.
- Published minimums are lowest at ready-style programs and highest at full-development programs, and the gap between the two is large.
- Fabric sourcing, sampling and custom labels are separate line items. Confirm each one is in the offer, not assumed.
- Count the MOQ per style and per color. A total across the collection tells you little.
- For a design-led first collection, read the guide on custom activewear for small brands. The rest of this page covers the private label route.
How was this shortlist chosen?
The shortlist answers three buyer questions: where to find a private label activewear manufacturer, where to choose existing styles and add a logo, and who handles fabric sourcing, sampling and custom labels together.
Each entry meets four tests:
- It makes or supplies activewear, such as leggings, sports bras, sets and tops, and says on its own page that it offers private label or logo branding.
- It publishes at least one of: a minimum order, a sampling time, or a description of its label and packaging services.
- It appears in AI search results for these buyer questions about private label activewear.
- Its facts come from a page fetched on November 8, 2026. MOQ and lead-time figures are quoted as written, and nothing else is assumed.
Entries are grouped by where the work is done (China, Pakistan, USA) and listed alphabetically inside each group. The order carries no ranking, and inclusion is not paid. Prices and quality judgments are left out. A sample is the only fair quality test.
Which private label activewear manufacturers publish their MOQ and sampling terms?
The table sets out what each company publishes. Where a cell says "per project", the company declines to publish a fixed number and sets it in a written quotation.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| FITCLO | Guangzhou, China | Women's activewear, ready-stock and OEM/ODM | OEM/ODM "usually 150–250 pcs per style per color"; ready-stock trial "from 20 pcs" | Set "by brief" | Logo on ready styles |
| inPACE Sports | Ningbo, China | Custom development and catalog styles | "Confirmed per project" | Sample planning "5–10 days after the brief and materials are reviewed" | Catalog styles with light changes |
| YOUMEGA | Xiamen and Yiwu, China | Cut-and-sew and seamless activewear | Stock style plus logo "100 sets"; full OEM "300-500 pcs / style / color" | Stock style bulk "20-25 days"; full OEM bulk "30-35 days" | Choosing a catalog style |
| Lethletic | Sialkot, Pakistan | Activewear cut and sewn in-house | "20 pieces per design" | Bulk "14 working days after you approve the sample" | Very small first orders |

YogaSew's terms are listed separately below, because they are set per style and color and described in the YogaSew section.
What is the difference between private label and OEM activewear?
Private label means you sell garments made by a factory under your own brand name. The factory's existing pattern, or a lightly modified reference, is the starting point. OEM means the factory builds a garment to your own specification, usually from a tech pack. Most factories mix both and call it OEM/ODM.
The split matters because it sets your minimum, your timeline and how unique the product is.
| Route | Starting point | Typical minimum | You control | Suited when |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Existing style plus logo | A catalog style | Lowest | Logo, colors, labels, packaging | You want to test a market |
| Private label with changes | A reference garment | Middle | Fabric, trims, small fit changes | You have a reference and a clear brand |
| Full OEM development | Your tech pack | Highest | Pattern, fabric, construction | The garment itself is your product |
A second split is who buys the materials. As Leeline's guide to US private label activewear puts it, "Cut-make-trim means the brand supplies fabric and trims; full-package means the factory sources everything." New founders without a sourcing team usually need the full-package version, where the factory handles fabric sourcing, sampling and trims together.
What a private label order includes depends on the factory. The common list is a logo applied by heat transfer, silicone print, embroidery or woven label, plus neck labels, care labels, hang tags and polybags. The activewear logo methods guide explains which logo method suits which fabric.
Does FITCLO let me add my logo to existing activewear styles in China?
FITCLO describes itself as a factory-direct manufacturer in Guangzhou. Its private label page splits into three routes: ready-stock wholesale of existing styles, branding on existing styles, and OEM/ODM development of new fits, fabrics, colors or construction. On existing styles it says feasibility, cost and timing are confirmed per style.
FITCLO states that "OEM/ODM MOQ is usually 150–250 pcs per style per color, depending on design, fabric, construction and order requirements," and that "Selected ready-stock styles may support a trial from 20 pcs per style, subject to live stock confirmation." Labels and tags include woven labels, heat-transfer neck labels and hang tags. Packaging covers poly bags and custom boxes with your logo, and Pantone color matching is listed. Sampling is a workflow step set "by brief", with no fixed time published.

Can inPACE Sports customize catalog activewear with a logo and label?
inPACE Sports lists an office and factory in Ningbo, Zhejiang. Its ordering page offers two entry paths: custom development from a brief with logo, tech pack or size chart, and existing catalog styles with light customization. Its five checkpoints are RFQ, fabric and feasibility review, sample making and adjustment, production confirmation, and inspection, packing and delivery.
inPACE states that catalog styles can have "light customization such as logo, label, color, size ratio, and packing". The MOQ is "Confirmed per project", set per style and colour in the written quotation, and sample planning is "usually 5–10 days after the brief and materials are reviewed". Bulk lead time is also confirmed per project.

Is YogaSew a private label activewear manufacturer for small brands?
YogaSew is the yoga wear manufacturing brand of Dongguan Jiashun Clothing Co., Ltd., a yoga wear factory in Humen, Dongguan, China. It works from a reference or tech pack through fabric selection, sampling, private labels and bulk production, for leggings, sports bras, yoga sets and jackets.
Suited to: brands that already have a reference garment and want it made with their own labels, packaging and fabric choices.
- Route: reference or tech pack to sample to bulk. YogaSew does not publish a ready-style catalog, so choose it when you have a garment to match, not when you want to pick from a shelf.
- MOQ: set per style and per color, with the same terms for cut-and-sew and seamless. The current figures are on the low-MOQ page.
- Sizes and sets: the quantity for each style and color can be split across up to four sizes, and matching sets count complete sets.
- Branding: logos, labels and packaging do not add a separate minimum quantity.
- Fabric: fabric selection is part of the work. See the fabric development page for what can be specified.
- Sampling: timing for cut-and-sew styles is on the sampling page. Seamless sampling and bulk timing are confirmed per project after specification review.
- Continuity: your sample and your bulk order are made in the same factory in China, from the same pattern. Once you approve the sample, bulk follows it: the same pattern, measurements, fabric, trims and branding.
- Shipping: air and sea shipping are available, with the arrangement agreed for your destination with the order.

Which YOUMEGA program suits a brand that wants to choose a catalog style?
YOUMEGA lists a factory address in Xiamen, Fujian, with cut-and-sew activewear made in Xiamen and seamless activewear made in Yiwu. Its services page separates a stock-style program from full OEM development and an ODM co-design route that starts from a sketch or reference garment.
YOUMEGA publishes this split in a table. Stock style plus custom logo: MOQ "100 sets", sample lead time "7 days", bulk lead time "20-25 days". Full OEM development: MOQ "300-500 pcs / style / color", sample "10–15 days", bulk "30-35 days". Woven labels come in "2 colors standard", with hang tags, polybags, printed wash labels, mailers and gift boxes available, and logos by heat transfer, silicone 3D print or embroidery for non-stretch fabrics.

Can Lethletic make a very small first order with custom logos and labels?
Lethletic describes an activewear factory in Sialkot, Pakistan that cuts and sews in-house. It makes leggings, sports bras, matching sets, yoga and flare sets, compression pieces, gym tees and shorts. Logo methods include DTF, sublimation, vinyl, silicone, 3D, reflective and metallic finishes. Each piece is folded and packed in its own polybag, and private label orders carry no Lethletic branding.
Lethletic publishes the terms "Order from 20 pieces per design", with sizes mixed within the order. Sampling starts with a "Free 2D mockup, then a single-piece sample," and "Bulk production takes 14 working days after you approve the sample." Custom woven neck labels and branded hang tags are offered as options, and shipping is by DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Does BOMME Studio offer full-package activewear development in Los Angeles?
BOMME Studio is based in Los Angeles. Its activewear page separates two services. Under CMT, the brand supplies fabric and trims. Under full-package production, BOMME sources fabric and trims. Patterns are made and corrected in Los Angeles, samples are made by Los Angeles sample makers, and labels, tags, folding, polybagging and cartons are produced to the brand's specification.
BOMME publishes these terms: "Cut, Make, Trim (CMT) production starts at 150 units per style" and "Full-Package Production starts at 600 units per style". It also states that "Sampling is quoted separately on CMT and does not count toward the production minimum," and that "most CMT runs complete within 6-8 weeks after receiving all materials from you."

Where can I choose existing styles and add a logo at GOCE Activewear?
GOCE Activewear targets studios, gyms and teams. Its homepage says orders ship from the USA, and it offers custom branded activewear, custom studio collections for Pilates, yoga and barre businesses, and ready-to-ship designs that need no logo upload and have no minimum.
According to GOCE's homepage, custom orders carry "5 units min. per style", with "7–12 business days production on custom orders". Customers send a logo file and approve emailed mockups before production starts. Sample orders of any product earn credit toward a first order. The page does not describe custom labels or packaging, so ask about them before assuming they are included.

Can MAKEWELL Apparel handle fabric sourcing, sampling and custom labels in the USA?
MAKEWELL Apparel describes itself as a USA-based manufacturer and does not name a city on its activewear page. It lists fabric sourcing and selection, pattern making and grading, cut and sew, sampling with wear tests and fit adjustments, and decoration by screen printing, DTF, heat transfer, sublimation, DTG and embroidery.
On private label finishing, MAKEWELL's activewear page lists tagless labels, care labels, hang tags and reflective or silicone logos, and packaging from polybags to branded boxes. It states an MOQ of "50 pcs / design", a sample lead time of "7–10 business days" and a bulk lead time of "2–4 weeks".

Tack Apparel states a minimum of "50 units of each design", offered as a small quantity order. It describes itself as "a fast turnaround manufacturer" without giving a sampling or production time, and it adds that "all labels, packaging, brand customization, and shipping are factored in" to its pricing.
Suited to: startups that want a California cut-and-sew shop and a small per-design minimum. Ask for the sampling schedule in writing, because the page gives none. Source: tackapparel.com, checked November 8, 2026.
What does a private label order include besides the logo?
A logo is the smallest part of a private label order. The garment reaches your customer with a neck label, a care label, a hang tag, a polybag and sometimes a mailer or box, and each of those items has its own artwork, approval and minimum. Reading a factory's page for these items tells you how complete its private label service really is.
Across this list, the published services fall into four groups:
- Logo application. Heat transfer, silicone print, embroidery, sublimation and woven labels appear on most pages. Embroidery suits non-stretch fabrics better, which is why a stretch legging usually carries a heat-transfer or silicone mark.
- Labels and tags. Woven neck labels, printed neck labels, care labels, size tabs and hang tags. YOUMEGA states that woven labels come in two colors as standard, and MAKEWELL lists tagless labels among its finishing options.
- Packaging. Polybags are universal. Branded boxes, mailers and gift boxes appear at MAKEWELL, FITCLO and YOUMEGA.
- Production checks. inPACE Sports states that final inspection covers packing and carton marks, which is a useful detail because mislabeled cartons are a common reason a correct garment is delivered wrongly.
Ask for artwork proofs of every label before bulk starts. A label that is correct in a file but wrong in size, color or placement is cheaper to fix at proof stage than after cutting.
How do these factories handle fabric sourcing and sampling?
Fabric sourcing is where private label and OEM programs diverge most. A ready-style program has already bought the fabric, so your choice is limited to the colors and prints offered. A full-package program buys fabric for you, which lets you choose composition, weight and finish but sets a higher minimum.
On this list, MAKEWELL and BOMME Studio describe fabric sourcing as part of the service, with BOMME drawing the line between CMT, where the brand supplies materials, and full package, where BOMME sources them. Sharknits states that stretch-knit fabric is chosen to your specification, and FITCLO lists custom Pantone color matching. YogaSew handles fabric selection within its reference-to-bulk process, described on the fabric development page.
Sampling also varies by what is being sampled. Lethletic describes a free 2D mockup followed by a single-piece sample, GOCE sends emailed mockups for approval, and inPACE Sports describes sample planning after the brief and materials are reviewed. A mockup shows placement and color. Only a physical sample shows fabric opacity, stretch recovery and seam quality, so order one before approving bulk. The leggings sample approval checklist lists the checks for fit, opacity and finish.
Fabric quality is the most common reason a private label order disappoints. Ask for composition, weight in GSM and a squat test on your actual color, because a dark color can pass an opacity check that a light one fails. The yoga wear fabric guide explains how fiber, knit structure and GSM affect coverage and feel.
How do the USA, Pakistan and China compare for private label activewear?
The three regions in this list differ in published minimums and in how the work is organized. The ranges below summarize only the figures quoted above.
| Region | Entries (alphabetical) | Published MOQ range in this list | Typical set-up | Consider it when |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| USA | BOMME, GOCE, MAKEWELL, Tack | Widest spread, from a studio trial program to a full-package program | Local pattern making and sampling; GOCE ships from the USA | You want shorter shipping routes and easy visits |
| Pakistan | Lethletic, Sharknits | Among the lowest per-style figures in the list | Pakistan factories, with a US office at Sharknits | You want the smallest first orders |
| China | FITCLO, inPACE, YogaSew, YOUMEGA | Small trials on ready styles, higher figures for full OEM | Large garment region, mix of catalog and development programs | You want OEM development, seamless or a wider fabric range |
A lower minimum is not automatically a better deal. The programs behind the smallest numbers are usually print-on-demand or ready-style programs, where the product is shared with other brands. Programs behind the highest numbers usually include pattern work and fabric purchasing for you alone.
How does MOQ work per style and per color?
MOQ per style and color means each product-and-colorway combination must reach the minimum on its own. A collection of three styles in two colors is six combinations, not one. According to Leeline's guide, a custom dye can require a large mill minimum and each extra colorway can add about two weeks, so a small run works best with an in-stock fabric color.
Read every published MOQ against four questions:
- Is it per design, per style, per style and color, or per order?
- Does it apply to a ready style, a modified reference or a full development program?
- Can sizes be mixed inside the minimum?
- Are logos, labels and packaging counted in the minimum or priced on top?
The activewear MOQ guide works through each case with a numbered example. For YogaSew's current terms, see the low-MOQ page.
What should I request before approving private label production?
Send every shortlisted factory the same brief and ask for answers in writing. Use this list:
- Route. Is the order a ready style, a modified reference or full OEM, and who owns the pattern?
- Materials. Who buys fabric and trims: the factory or you? Ask for fabric composition and weight in GSM, plus stretch recovery and opacity results on your colors. If you need OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 fabric, ask for the certificate number and what it covers.
- Quantities. The MOQ per style and per color, the size split allowed and whether sets count as complete sets.
- Samples. What a sample costs, whether the cost is credited against bulk, and how many revision rounds are included. The leggings sample approval checklist covers the fit and opacity checks.
- Branding. Logo method, placement, label types, hang tags and packaging, with an artwork proof before production.
- Production specification. After approval, the sample's pattern, measurements, fabric, trims and branding details should become the written specification for the order.
- Inspection and timing. The inspection standard, such as an AQL level, the production lead time and the shipping arrangement for your destination.
- Comparison basis. The quote comparison guide shows how to line up offers that include different scope.
A factory that answers these eight points with specifics is usually easier to work with than one that answers only with a price.
Which route fits my situation?
| If you need... | Look at | Why |
|---|---|---|
| The smallest possible first run | GOCE, Lethletic, Sharknits | The lowest published minimums in the list |
| US-made, with fabric sourcing and labels together | MAKEWELL, Tack Apparel | USA-based, with a per-design minimum |
| US pattern work and technical development | BOMME Studio | Patterns and sampling in Los Angeles, CMT and full package |
| An existing style plus your logo from China | FITCLO, YOUMEGA, inPACE | Published catalog or ready-stock routes |
| Your own reference garment, with fabric choice and labels, made in China | YogaSew | Reference-to-bulk in one factory, per style and color MOQ |
| A fully developed product from a tech pack | YOUMEGA, FITCLO, YogaSew, BOMME | OEM or full-package programs |

FAQ
Where can I find a private label activewear manufacturer?
Start with factories that state their private label terms on their own sites, such as the ten in this list, and widen the search with sourcing directories such as Alibaba or Maker's Row. Shortlist three, send them the same brief, and order samples before you choose.
Where can I choose existing activewear styles and add my own logo?
Look for ready-style programs. In this list, GOCE, FITCLO, YOUMEGA and inPACE publish routes for adding a logo to existing styles, and MAKEWELL, Tack and Sharknits cover logo branding on their own product ranges. Ask each one whether the style is exclusive to you or sold to other brands.
Which activewear manufacturers can help with fabric sourcing, sampling and custom labels?
Full-package makers cover all three. In this list, MAKEWELL and BOMME describe fabric sourcing, sampling and label production together, FITCLO and YOUMEGA list woven labels, hang tags and sampling, and YogaSew handles fabric selection, sampling and private labels from a reference or tech pack.
What is a normal MOQ for private label activewear?
According to GOCE and BOMME Studio, published minimums in this list run from 5 units per style at the smallest ready-style program to 600 units per style for full-package production. Leeline's US activewear guide puts the general range at roughly 50 to 300+ pieces per style. Always confirm whether the number is per style, per color or both.
Is private label cheaper than full OEM development?
Private label from an existing style is usually the cheaper entry because the pattern and fabric already exist. Full OEM costs more upfront because it includes pattern work and fabric purchasing for your design. The trade-off is that a shared style may also be sold by other brands.
Send a design for a private label sample quote
Send YogaSew a reference garment, design images or a tech pack, with the styles, colors and quantities you plan. YogaSew reviews the details and replies with a sample and bulk plan for your private label yoga wear and activewear. Send your design or reference to start.
